We want you to love your purchase from The Gamers Forge Shop. If you're not completely satisfied with your item, we're here to help.
Returns Accepted
We gladly accept returns of eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Timeframe
Buyers must:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- Ship the item back to us within 5 days of the return being approved and initiated.
Conditions of Return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if items are not returned in their original condition, as agreed upon in communication with us
If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the damage or loss in value.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please use the Contact Us form on our website or email us directly at thegamersforgeshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy – The Gamers Forge Shop
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, we’re happy to help—under the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us form or email us at thegamersforgeshop@gmail.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, your order will be processed, and our standard Return Policy will apply.
